Every IE Original is fully insured from our studio to your door, protecting your investment against any rare mishaps during its journey.
Your canvas is housed in heavy-duty, custom-engineered packaging designed specifically for fine art to prevent any surface contact or structural shifting.
To ensure the absolute security of your piece, all deliveries require an adult signature upon arrival.
Turnaround & Delivery Timeframes
Each Heritage Series canvas is custom-built with a hand-applied gel coating. Due to the highly delicate nature of these specialized pieces typical production is 3-4 business days.
Once production is finalized and has passed final quality inspections, your piece is shipped via UPS Next Day Air (for sizes up to 24x30) or UPS 2nd Day Air (for larger formats).
Collectors can generally expect their IE Original to arrive within 5-7 business days of their order.
