The IE Studios Master Terms of Acquisition

Custom Nature: Each acquisition is produced to order and hand-finished with a smooth gel coating. By placing an order, the collector acknowledges that slight variations in the hand-applied gel are a hallmark of the artisanal process.
Curing period: To ensure archival integrity all canvases undergo a 3-4 business day curing period before being secured for transit.

Insured Transit: All shipments are facilitated via high-value carriers and are fully insured for the purchase price.
Adult Signature Required: To protect the high-value nature of the asset, an adult signature is mandatory upon delivery. If the collector fails to be present for delivery after three attempts, or make further arrangements with the carrier, any return shipping fees will be the sole responsibility of the collector.
Transfer of Title: Title and risk of loss pass to the collector upon successful delivery and signature.

Artists Rights: IE Studios retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the imagery. Acquisition of a physical piece does not grant the collector any right to reproduce, digitize, or commercially exploit the work.
FAA Compliance: Allworks are captured in full compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations.

IE Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the original price of acquisition.
