Returns and Refunds

Due to the handcrafted, limited-edition nature of IE Studios acquisitions, all sales are final. Each piece is custom-produced, hand-finished, and serialized specifically for the collector. We do not offer returns for change of mind.

However, your investment is fully insured. If your acquisition arrives damaged due to transit, please document the packaging and the piece immediately and contact us at Atelier@iestudios.net within 48 hours of arrival. We will coordinate with our logistics partners to facilitate a replacement or refund.
